Expected activities:
- Accompanying all the company's sectors and projects, coordinating the teams;
- Providing feedback and guidance for each project;
- Help solve problems;
- Leading alignment meetings;
- Observe results and develop strategies considering the improvements needed to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Full university degree in Administration, Management or related areas;
- Experience as a manager;
- Knowledge of task management methodologies;
- Skills such as organization, time management, leadership and good communication;
- Notions of technology.
